My name is Anthony Tullo and I am the
creator of 21minutes2FIT. It’s quite amazing looking back at
my life and where I am at the moment. In high school
I was a skinny kid with very little athleticism if any at
all. I didn’t make any of the sports teams, in fact I’d
probably have trouble making the woman’s volleyball team
back then. After high school everything changed completely.
I made a dramatic change in my life and began watching what
I eat, working out religiously and chasing my acting career
with a passion. I’m now thirty eight years old and I’m a
Canadian National Gold medalist as well as a Bronze World
medalist in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. I have my own school in
which I teach under the largest Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
organization in the world. I have a regular reoccurring role
in the Global series “Out There with Melissa Di Marco”. I
have created an amazing fitness system that has helped me in
the biggest way with my mental and physical fitness. This
system is a product of all the secrets I’ve learned about
how to get in shape. The newspapers have just written an
exclusive article on this system and I was elated when I
made the cover of the Oakville Beaver. The incredible thing
about this system is that each session is only twenty one
minutes with five minutes of stretching. This new system is
called 21minutes2FIT... learn more about

“I’m Anthony Tullo and I personal
guarantee that if you follow this system along with my
nutrition plan that results will come faster then never
before. I’ve been a martial art teacher for the past several
years and have been fortunate enough to train with the best
of fighting trainers and won a gold medal as well as a
bronze medal in national and world competition in 2003. I
was thirty three years old at the time. I have been given
many of the top secrets to training to a maximum level. I’ve
done tons of research and through trail and error have been
able to put together a program that pushes you and will
bring you to the top of your fitness capabilities in weeks"

MY PERSONAL HISTORY
As a kid I was not athletic and had a very slim skinny frame
for a body. I had trouble making most sport teams and found
it a blow to my self confidence. I found my interest
lay in acting where I was doing well with film and TV,
however my overall self esteem was not good and it started
to take its toll on me.
After I graduated from high school ,I decided to take a year
off before attending the Sheridan College drama and music
program. It was in this year that I became obsessed
with getting into shape and found this to be very helpful to
my overall confidence. I worked out religiously that
year and learned the proper techniques of working out as
well as the necessary eating habits required to get the best
results. When I attended college a year later,
physically and athletically I was a completely different
person. Although I looked far better and started
making sports teams and continued to do well in TV and film,
something continued to bother me. The one thing that
weighed heavy on my mind was my lack of cardiovascular
endurance and energy. I was committed to working out
and did my long distance running however still was not
satisfied with my energy and cardio. This would not
change until years later when I was introduced to Brazilian
Jiu-jitsu.
I began to study Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Oakville and became
addicted to the martial art almost immediately.
Although I felt athletic and did well to learn the
techniques and climbed the ranks quickly, I still lacked
that cardio and energy needed. Things were very
convenient studying Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Oakville and
doing well, however the cardio, energy and core strength and
lack of it started to take its toll. In 2003 I took a
trip to Brazil and won a bronze medal in the worlds. I
wasn’t happy with the way I won the medal and didn’t feel as
though I deserved it. My first match was won by default
because my opponent did not fight and backed out. My
second match was a tough and long six minute match where I
went the distance and lost on points in the last minute when
my opponent passed my guard. I felt they gave me the
medal on pure effort alone. I was not satisfied with
the medal and with my cardio and energy. When I
returned to Canada to continue to train in Brazilian
Jiu-jitsu in Oakville with my team I decided to fight at the
Canadian Nationals. I learned so much in Brazil and
worked hard with my team, and it all paid off. I took
the gold medal at the Canadian Nationals in 2003 at
thirty two years of age, submitting all my opponents.
The win was incredible and completely satisfying, however I
remember feeling like I was going to suffocate and pass out
at the end of it all. I just couldn’t understand why I
couldn’t go match after match without feeling like I was
drowning with my energy and cardio. I was Jogging,
going for long runs and nothing seemed to work as it should.
It wasn’t until I joined the Joslin Alliance team under UFC
fighter Jeff Joslin that things began to change and I began
to find the answers I was looking for. Jeff took my
Brazilian jiu-jitsu to new level and my teaching knowledge
improved as well. I was introduced to Eric Wong
through Jeff and things became much more clear. I
learned about interval training at the highest level and I
began to understand how to train your cardiovascular system
in a whole new way. A far superior way and it made all
the difference!
I then began to incorporate all I learned and my own unique
exercises and put them all together and created a system
called 21minutes2FIT. This system made the
cover of the Oakville Beaver. It's been a
pleasure to pass this on to my clients and help them get in
the best shape of there life in just three twenty one minute
sessions a week!
I want to thank Jeff Joslin for his dedication to the sport
of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Jeff comes out to do fantastic
seminars at my Brazilian Jiu-jitsu school in Oakville,
Studio 9-11. It’s an honor to teach under him and to
be a part of his incredible team. I thank Eric for allowing
me to learn some of his secrets. He is a crazy MMA high
level training guru. I’ve been able to mix and match my own
core strength and cardio techniques because of his
knowledge.
